ATXMEGA64A3U-MH Overview
Packaged in a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad format, this MCU is available in a compact size. The MCU has 50 I/O ports. There is a mounting type Surface Mount associated with this Microcontroller. The MCU is based on the 8/16-Bit core. As far as its program memory type is concerned, it is FLASH. Temperatures in this range are operated by this Microcontroller. AVR® XMEGA® A3U series components belong to this electrical component. This program has a program memory of 64KB 32K x 16 bytes, which is the size of the program. The AVR Core Processor powers the device and is one of its key features. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 64 terminations were applied to the IC chip. The part works on a 16-bit basis. Microcontroller chip has outputs of 3V volts.
