ATXMEGA64A3-AU Overview
This Microcontroller comes in a 64-TQFP package. The board has 50 I/Os. Surface Mount is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. The 8/16-Bit core is the core of the MCU. The type of its program memory is FLASH. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA. A AVR® XMEGA® A3 series electrical component is used in this application. Its program memory size is 64KB 32K x 16. A AVR Core processor is used to power the device. Microcontroller's a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. IC Chip 64 has 64 terminations. The part works on a 16-bit basis. IC Chip has 3V volt supply outputs. A total of YES DMA channels are available on MCU chip. 64kB is the size of the memory in the IC part. You can find alternatives through the base part number ATXMEGA64. MCU's frequency is 32MHz. It is possible to access the 64 pins on the chip. The clock has 7 timers/counters to keep track of the time. A total of 8 ADC channels are present in this device.
