ATXMEGA128D3-AUR Overview
A 64-TQFP package is included. With 50 I/Os, it's pretty good. This Microcontroller is mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. Microcontroller is based on the 8/16-Bit core architecture. This Microcontroller's program memory type is FLASH. There is a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA for this Microcontroller. Microcontroller runs in AVR® XMEGA® D3 Series. There is 128KB 64K x 16 bytes of program memory in MCU, which corresponds to the size of the program. There is a AVR Core Processor inside MCU that provides this device with its power. ICs for MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/peripheral parts. This chip has a total of 64 terminations on MCU chip. Microcontroller comes with 16 bit size. A 1.8V volt supply is provided by the Microcontroller chip. A total of NO DMA channels are available on MCU chip. There is 1.8kB memory size assigned to the part. ATXMEGA128 serves as a base part number to find alternatives. Performing well when operated at frequency 10MHz can be achieved. There are a total of YES channels in the device.
