ATXMEGA128A3U-MH Overview
The package is 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad-shaped. This Microcontroller has 50 I/Os. The Microcontroller's mounting type is Surface Mount and this IC chip has the following features. The 8/16-Bit core is the core of the MCU. The type of program memory it uses is FLASH. Temperatures within -40°C~85°C TA range are measured by this Microcontroller. AVR® XMEGA® A3U series components make up this electrical component. The electronic part has a program memory size of 128KB 64K x 16. The AVR Core Processor powers the device and is one of its key features. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. There are 64 terminations on the IC chip, which means there are 64 terminations on the integrated circuit chip. As a result, this Microcontroller comes with a 16-bit size. Microcontroller chip has outputs of 3V volts. In addition to that, MCU chip has YES DMA channels. 128kB memory size belongs to the part. The base part number ATXMEGA128 provides alternatives.
