ATXMEGA128A1-CUR Overview

AVR® XMEGA® A1 series components make up this electrical component. The electronic part has a program memory size of 128KB 64K x 16. There is a AVR Core Processor inside MCU that provides this device with its power. This device belongs to the MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs category. During the manufacturing process, 100 terminations were applied to the IC chip. The part works on a 16-bit basis. The component always operates in 3.3V supply voltage.
