ATTINY40-MMHR Overview
The package has a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad shape. There are 18 I/Os. Surface Mount is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core architecture. This Microcontroller's program memory type is FLASH. There is a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA for this Microcontroller. The AVR® ATtiny series includes this electrical component. Its program memory size is 4KB 2K x 16. With a AVR Core Processor, Microcontroller is fast and efficient. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. During the manufacture of the IC chip, there is a number 20 of terminations. As a result, this Microcontroller comes with a 8-bit size. Input voltage for the chip is 5V volts. The system has NO channels for DMA communication. The part owns 4kB memory size.
