ATTINY13V-10MU Overview
A 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is included. There are 6 I/Os on the Microcontroller. Surface Mount is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. The MCU is based on the 8-Bit core. The type of memory that the program uses is FLASH. -40°C~85°C TA is the temperature range at which this Microcontroller operates. AVR® ATtiny series components make up this electrical component. Having a size of 1KB 512 x 16, Microcontroller has a program memory of X bytes. AVR Core processors are used in MCU. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. IC Chip terminations are 20. You get a 8-bit size. There is a 3V volt supply output on the chip. The Microcontroller chip has NO DMA channels. The part owns 1kB memory size. Alternatives can be found by searching through the base part number ATTINY13 to find them. A good performance can be achieved at a frequency of 10MHz, as long as it is operated at a low power consumption. It is possible to access the 20 pins on the chip.
