ATMEGA8L-8MUR Overview
32-VFQFN Exposed Pad-packages are available. There are 23 I/O ports on this device. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. As the name implies, this Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core. The type of its program memory is FLASH. Temperatures in the range of -40°C~85°C TA are operated by this Microcontroller. AVR® ATmega series components belong to this electrical component. Its program memory size is 8KB 4K x 16. Powered by a AVR Core processor. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. IC Chip terminations are 32. In addition, MCU chip comes with a 8-bit size. There is a 3V volt supply output on the chip. A total of NO DMA channels are available on MCU chip. The part owns 3kB memory size. ATMEGA8 is the base part number that you can use to find alternatives. An effective performance can be achieved at a frequency of 8MHz. Devices work in YES PWM channels.
