ATMEGA88PA-MMHR Overview
This Microcontroller comes in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 23 I/O ports on this device. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. As the name implies, this Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core. The type of memory it uses for its program is FLASH. There is a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA for this Microcontroller. AVR® ATmega series components belong to this electrical component. Microcontroller has abundant program memory size of 8KB 4K x 16. Powered by a AVR Core processor. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. 28 is the number of terminations on the IC chip that are present. Microcontroller comes with 8 bit size. There is an output of 5V volts from the Microcontroller chip. In addition to that, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 8kB memory size belongs to the Chip part.
