Powered by the 8-Bit core, it offers a wide range of capabilities. This Microcontroller's program memory type is FLASH. The Microcontroller runs in -40°C~85°C TA Operating Temperature. AVR® ATmega series components belong to this electrical component. This program has a program memory of 256KB 128K x 16 bytes, which is the size of the program. There's a AVR Core Processor inside. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. This chip has a total of 100 terminations on MCU chip. A 8-bit operation is performed by this part. IC Chip has 3V volt supply outputs. In addition to that, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 256kB is the size of the memory in the IC part.
