ATMEGA128-16MUR Overview
A 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is included. 53 I/Os are available. Device mounting type Surface Mount is the type of mounting that the Microcontroller uses. Microcontroller is based on the 8-Bit core architecture. The type of program memory it uses is FLASH. -40°C~85°C TA is the temperature range at which this Microcontroller operates. The AVR® ATmega series is comprised of this electrical component. The size of the program memory of Microcontroller is 128KB 64K x 16. With a AVR Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available. The device belongs to MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs Type.
