AT40K20-2DQC Overview
This package is included in the 208-BFQFP package and is available for purchase. A total of 161 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 1024 logic elements/cells are required. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. With a supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, this device operates with ease. The FPGA belongs to the AT40K/KLV series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C TC. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. This device has 8192 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. AT40K20 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. This FPGA module has a RAM si1kBe of 1kB that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. The device has 208 pins which are included in the design. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. As a result of the design of this module, the maximum operating temperature reaches 70°C. Operating temperatures should exceed 0°C. There are 30000 gates in its basic building block. The basic building block of the system is composed of 1024 logic blocks (LABs). Data and programs can be stored in this FPGA module's 1kB memory. It can take a maximum of 5.25V as the supply voltage.
