This package makes use of the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) programming language.Tube external packaging.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the -40°C~85°C environment.This device can be programmed using the FLASH language.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.FPGA is limFPGAed to 2Mb bytes for the size of the data storage.Search "AT18F002" for related parts.A 20 pin is included in it.Device package 20-TSSOP would be the one provided by the supplier of this part.Known as a FLASH memory.In order to control the sliding, the controller operates at a frequency of 33MHz.Memory is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C.There should be no more than 85°C degrees of ambient temperature for it to operate.Memory should have a voltage of at least 3V to run.Considering the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 3.6V.
