A neat 8-TDFN package is used.Tube external packaging.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the -40°C~85°C environment.Using Serial EEPROM, you can program it.An electric current of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.AT17LV512 will give you other related parts.3.3V is the required supply voltage.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 260 degrees during the process.There are 8 pins on it.The use of a 3.3/5V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.In order to better serve the needs, IT CAN OPERATES ON 4.75-5.25 RANGE SUPPLY VOLTAGE ALSO is included.An example of a EEPROM memory.Memory is suMemoryable for Surface Mount applications.Swicthing controllers work at 15MHz frequencies.
