8-TDFN is used in this package.External packaging for the Tube series.A qualified individual who has the ability to operate within -40°C~85°C.With the help of Serial EEPROM, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V is applied to it in order to power it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 64kb bytes.Look for "AT17LV65" for other related parts.In this case, it has 8 pins.FPGA would be the 8-LAP (6x6) device package that would be used by the supplier for this part.The EEPROM memory is also referred to as the X memory.In addition, it is suitable for use in Surface Mount-based applications.Memory is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C when it is operating.I recommend a voltage of at least 4.5V for it to run.In terms of the maximum voltage supply, it is rated with a 5.5V rating.The system operates on the 5mA axis.
