Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.5A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 18V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation. The maximum output voltage of 14.72V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate.
