It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 340kHz.
