These RF power transistors are made for pulse applications that use frequencies between 960 and 1215 MHz, such as high power transponders for air traffic control, secondary radars, and distance measuring equipment (DME).These gadgets can be used in pulse applications, like Mode S ELM, that have extended pulses and high duty cycles.
