ADV7181CBCPZ Overview
There is an embedded encoder in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.Packing the encoder in a Tray case is recommended to ensure that it is protected.I have mounted this motor encoder in the way of the Surface Mount axis.Video Decoder is the type.In this case, the encoder is connected in HDTV.motor encoder of the system is based on the ADV7181 family.In switching power supplies, the 1.65V~2V digital power of the optical encoder is applied to the circuit.A 64 termination is available on the optical encoder.3.15V~3.45V can be used to apply analog supply voltage.There are 64 pins on the rotary encoders in total.There should be a voltage difference between 3.15V and the minimum supply voltage.A Color Signal Converters-family electronic rotary encoder is used.As the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) for a encoder motor reaches 3.45V, the encoder motor is considered to be fully operational.Keep in mind that this encoder should use under the operating temperature of 85°C.quadrature encodes are designed to function at a minimum temperature of -40°C.
