ADP2380AREZ Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of 250kHz~1.4MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. 20V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V.
