ADP2139ACBZ-1.2-R7 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.3V as an input voltage. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. ADP2139 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 1.2V volts. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 1.2V. A 800mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. Powered by a 39μA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator works as a converter between DC and DC.
