ADM812SARTZ-REEL7 Overview
Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-253-4, TO-253AA package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 4 pins. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA.
