ADM1293-1AARUZ-RL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)ipped up in a box. Package 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option in Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~105°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. 2.95V~20V power supply is used to power it. Search ADM1293 for more similar parts. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V. There is a voltage of 1.1V present for high-level I/Os on this device. The part has 14 terminations.
