ADG508FBRUZ-REEL7 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. 8:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 8 channels. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. It consists of 1 circuits. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 16.5V. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Dual supply type. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 10.8V. This multiplexer would work with 100nA current. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component.
