DG641DY Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 16. The electrical component body receives 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. There is 15Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 18V. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 10V. If put voltage greater than 6mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 15V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 10V. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. There are 4 inputs to be operated. In 500MHz-bandwidths, data can be transferred. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 15Ohm ohms.
