ADE7868AACPZ Overview
Trayipped up in a box. The 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package can be found here. It can be used as a 3 Phase meter. We have it in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. It operates using 2.8V~3.7V power supply. More similar parts can be found by searching ADE7868. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. It presents a voltage of 2V 2.4V for high-level I/Os. 40 terminations are included on this part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The part requires a normal voltage of 3.3V. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 2.97V or higher. Keeping the voltage under 3.63V should be the goal. Joined 40 pins are present. This is a 40 solution for logic gate applications. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. The supply current should be set to 22mA to keep the PMIC working normally.
