ADAU1372BCPZ Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of General Purpose. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. In addition, it is equipped with 4 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.71V~3.63V. A 1.045V~1.98V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 40 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. The device has a 40-pin configuration.
