ADAU1772BCPZ Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. Due to the fact that this part is of the type General Purpose, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. 4 / 2 ADC / DAC is integrated into it. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.8V~3.3V. 1.1V~1.8V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 40 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This is a 40-pin electronic device. There are 40 pins on this board. The base part number ADAU1772 can be used to find related parts. Using Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB.
