AD9752ARU Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. The TxDAC? series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the TxDAC? family of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube. In total, it has 28 terminations on each end. AD9752 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts.
