AD5420AREZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and X package. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. Its base part number AD5420 can be used to find parts that are related to it. The device is designed with 24 pins in total. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 85°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -40°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 40V that is supported by this product. With a minimum supply voltage of 10.8V, it can operate. Its supplier package is called 24-TSSOP-EP.
