It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. There are 48 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. An upper frequency limit of 2.65GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
