23S09-1HDCGI Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Rail/Tube package. The SOIC package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 133MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. A 16 pin is available on the PLL. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.7 ns. The clock generator is configured with 9 pins for enabling true outputs. This clock generator belongs to the family of 23S. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 3.6V. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 3V. Logic circuits based on PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator.
