AD7284WBSWZ Overview
The package 64-LQFP Exposed Pad is appropriate for battery instrument. IC POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT is the system battery's analog IC. It is possible to access 8 channels. 64 pins are on it. It comes in a case with a Tray. In this case, this electrical part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It is capable of delivering the Battery Monitor functions. A temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ is optimal for the electric part to deliver its performance. A battery chemistry of Lithium-Ion is used in this electronic part. This is a family based on AD7284. The supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 40V. Ideally, Vsup (supply voltage) should be greater than 10V.
