AD568SQ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 24-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. The Through Hole-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -55°C~125°C when the device is operating.
