AD5064BRUZ Overview
As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it is included. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. An FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC? series is referred to as an FPGA. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~125°C at all times.
