AD1987JCPZ Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio, HD. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to 0°C~70°C, it can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 4 / 8 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 3.13V~3.46V. 2.97V~3.63V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit.
