Packed in a Tube. 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. Surface Mount is available for purchase. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C has been increased. 2.8V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. See more similar parts on 90E24. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2.4V 3.9V 6.2V for high-level I/Os on its pins. This is a 28-switched solution that can be used for logic gate applications. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. 3.3V can be used to supply this device. It can operate up to 8.192MHz Hz.
