MCP39F511N-E/MQ Overview
In Tube package. This package has the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad extension. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. This item is available in Surface Mount. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~125°C. 2.7V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. More similar parts can be found by searching MCP39F511. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.4V on its low-level I/O ports. It presents a voltage of 3V for high-level I/Os. Parts of the part have 28 terminations on them. An analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 3.6V. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. As a precaution, it is recommended that the supply current is set to 7mA in order to keep the PMIC working properly. This logic device has 2 channels.
