For normal operation, 2GHz is the maximum value. 16 terminations have been recorded. Supply voltages of 3.3V enable high efficiency. It's in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 16 on timeing clock. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 16 pins. A minimum temperature of -40°C is required for reliability.
