87973DYILFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the TQFP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 52 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 125MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. There is a maximum voltage of 3.465V for this clock generator.
