As part of the TSSOP package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 640MHz. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 24 pins that are available. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output. Clock PLL has 2 signal outputs to maximi2e output frequency. A voltage exceeding 3.63V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 2.375V.
