It is packaged in the way of 54-LFBGA. There is an embedded version in the package Tape & Reel (TR). T flip flop is configured with an output of Tri-State, Non-Inverted. This D flip flop should not have a frequency greater than 160MHz. As a result, it consumes 190μA quiescent current and is not affected by external forces. In 54terminations, a transmission line is terminated with a JK flip flop that matches its characteristic impedance. JK flip flop belongs to 74LVTH16374 family. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3.3V. The input capacitance of this T flip flop is 4pF farads, which is defined as the capacitance between the input terminals of an op amp with either input grounded. The electronic device belongs to the LVTfamily. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This board has 54 pins. The clock edge trigger type for this device is Positive Edge.
