Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. Voltage 1V~5.5V is needed to ensure the part's full functionality. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. In both high and low states, output current is 12mA 12mA. There are several in the 74LV series.
