It is embeded in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case. D flip flop is embedded in the Tube package. This output is configured with Differential. In the configuration of the trigger, Negative Edgeis used. Surface Mountis in the way of this electric part. With a supply voltage of 2V~6V volts, it operates. A temperature of -40°C~125°C TAis considered to be the operating temperature. There is JK Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. The 74HCseries comprises this type of FPGA. Its output frequency should not exceed 71MHz. There have been 16 terminations. The 74HC112family includes it. It is powered from a supply voltage of 4.5V. Its input capacitance is 3.5pFfarads.
