It is recommended that the operating temperature be greater than -40°C. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. 5.5Vis the maximum supply voltage it supports. The logic IC it uses is BUS DRIVER. A total of 2 functions are provided by this T flip flop. A total of 48 pins are present on this device.
