Shipped in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the part is easy to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. A Inverter logic principle is used to make it work. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 8mA 8mA. 74AHCU is the series it belongs to. Total terminations are 14. This part is equipped with 6 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. I would like to point out that this chip is part of AHC/VHC/H/U/V. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. Logic devices with Surface Mount mounting are widely used in many applications. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. The part has 40μA current flowing through it in the quiescent state. Circuits number 6 make up this device. The device must be supplied with a minimum voltage of 2V. The supply voltage should not exceed 5.5V. Standby current is 20μA.
