Temperatures below 85°Care ideal for operating. Ideally, the operating temperature should be greater than -40°C. A minimum supply voltage of 2V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. The maximum supply voltage supported by the flip flop is 6V. The frequency that can be achieved is 85MHz.
