The flip flop is packaged in a case of 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). D flip flop is included in the Tape & Reel (TR)package. As configured, the output uses Differential. It is configured with a trigger that uses a value of Positive Edge. This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A supply voltage of 2V~6V is required for operation.
