650GI-44LF Overview
This clock generator is embedded in the TSSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3.135V. For the clock time generator to function properly, 27mA of supply current must be provided.
