It is packaged using the Tape and Reel method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the TSSOP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. There is an available 16 pin on the clock generators. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance.
